All the goodness of our classic cheese, now spoonable! This jar of soft, fresh cheese is perfect for spreading on toast, pairing with fruits, honey, and nuts for a wholesome dessert, or simply enjoying straight from the spoon.
Ingredients: Pasteurized whole milk, vinegar, lemon, cream, and salt to taste.
Note: Our cottage cheese jars are Acid based (lemon & vinegar) and Rennet free. Kindly note, the consistency and structure of the curds maybe different in comparison to western store bought Cottage Cheese.
Storage Instructions: Refrigerate between 1–4°C Celcius temperature.
Shelf life : 2-3 Weeks
