A spicy, creamy delight in a jar. This version is mixed with red chili flakes for a bold yet balanced flavor. Perfect as a dip, spread, or topping. Have you tried it in your eggs?
Ingredients: Pasteurized whole milk, vinegar, lemon, dried chili flakes, cream and salt to taste.
Note: Our cottage cheese jars are Acid based (lemon & vinegar) and Rennet free. Kindly note, the consistency and structure of the curds maybe different in comparison to western store bought Cottage Cheese.
Storage Instructions: Refrigerate between 1–4°C celcius temperature.
Shelf life : 2-3 Weeks
